If you're unhappy with your order for any reason and would like to return your order, we'd be happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. If you'd like to make a return, please email us at email@example.com and let us know what the problem is with your item, along with your order number.
The customer is then responsible for the item/s up until it is safely returned to us at Olive Cooper. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s and recommend using a tracking service. We are unable to offer free returns at the moment.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in all the original packaging with the swing tags and all other labels attached. We will be unable to accept returns which are not returned in the correct way.
If you need to exchange for a different product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please let us know which item/s you would like to exchange and why, along with your order number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. Your exchanged item will be sent back to you free of charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please contact us with any questions about the progress of your exchange.
